Method

  1. Heat oil, add spices tamarind juice, and all the other ingredients.

  2. Stir thoroughly and pressure cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Serve with potato chips.

  4. You can also try this dish when you are lazy and desparate to clean the fridge.

Ingredients:
Long grain rice 1 cup (cooked)
Sambar (fresh/left over) 1 cup
Rasam (fresh/left over) 1 cup
Vegetables(fresh/left over) carrots/beans/potatoes/tomatoes (optional)
Peanuts 10-20 (optional)
Cloves 5 (powdered)
Cardamom 5 (powdered)
Cimmamon 1 stick (powdered)
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tamarind juice 1-2 tsp to taste
