Method
Roast rava till the raw smell is lost (Do not brown).
Heat ghee; season with mustard. cloves, cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add onion and fry till soft (not coloured).
Add 2 � cup of water, turmeric, salt and ginger and tomato.
When the water boils, reduced the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add rawa. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
