Method
Healthier Version:
  1. Heatoil; season with mustard, cloves, cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Add onion and fry till soft (not coloured).
  3. Add 3 cup of water, turmeric, salt and ginger, carrot, beans and tomato.
  4. When the water boils, reduced the flame and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add rawa. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
rice bran or soya oil - 1 tbsp
chopped onion - � cup
slit green chilies - 4
chopped ginger pieces
curry leaves - a few
turmeric powder - � tsp
carrot - � cup, finely chopped
beans - � cup, finely chopped
tomato - � cup, chopped
whole wheat or corn rawa - 1 cup
mustard - 1 tsp
cloves - 2
cinnamon - 2
salt to taste
