  1. Mix all dals and rice
  2. Soak for 4-5 hours
  3. Add chillies, curry leaves, salt and grind into a fine dosa batter.
  4. Add chopped onions.
  5. Batter for dosa is ready.
  6. Hot dosas prepared on tawa can be served with coconut chutney
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice
1/2 cup - tur dal
1/2 cup - moong dal
1/4 cup - chana dal
1/4 cup - urad dal
5-6 - green chillies
9 - 10 - curry leaves
salt to taste
Onions Medium 3 nos (Finely chopped)
