Method
Steam moong dal to the consistency of cooked rice (not too soggy).
Heat oil in a kadai and prepare a tadka by adding mustard seeds.
Once it splutters add chana dal, urd dal, curry leaves, green chillies and grated ginger and fry for some time.
Add cooked moong dal, and salt (as per your taste).
Garnish with grated coconut.
This can be served as a snack or with chappatis

Cluster beans moong dal curry
Ingredients:
300 grams - moong dal whole
1/4 tsp - musturd seeds
1/2 tsp - chana dal
1/2 tsp - urd dal
2 nos - green chilli
2-inch - ginger, grated
10-12 - curry leaves
4-5 tbsp - grated coconut
2 tbsp - oil
Salt to taste
