Lobia Sundal(Alasanda Guggillu)

Method
  1. Cook soaked lobia with salt in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles,
  2. Drain the beans and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin, red chilli, crushed garlic and curry leaves
  4. Fry till the mustard seeds splutter, add onion & green chilli, fry till the onion becomes pink.
  5. Add boiled lobia, mix well, check salt, sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, mix well and keep covered for 1 to 2 min
  6. Remove and serve along with tea.
Ingredients:
250 g - lobia (soaked for 3 to 4 hrs)
1 - onion, chopped fine
2 - green chillies, chopped fine
6 - garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
10 - curry leaves
1/2 tbsp - chopped coriander
1/4 tsp - jeera
1 - red chilli
1/2 tbsp - oil
salt
