Method
  1. In summer, ingredients are dried in the sun while during the rains or in winter the ingredients are dry roasted one by one and ground in a flour mill.
  2. Can be stored in an air tight container for 4 to 5 months. This is a traditional Tamil Nadu preparation.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - dry red chilli
1/2 kg - coriander seeds
100g - black pepper
20g - cooking turmeric
200g - tur dal
200g - channa dal
100g - urad dal
2 tsp - methi seeds
