Method
  1. Soak the ingredients separately for 4 hours.
  2. First grind the urad dal, then add ragi and rice.
  3. Grind it coarsely. Add salt.
  4. Keep aside for 5 hours.
  5. Now we can make ragi idlis.
  6. Enjoy with coriander or tomato chutney.
  7. Good for weight reduction and diabetes.

1 cup - ragi
1/2 cup - boiled rice
1/4 cup - urad dal
