Method
- Soak the ingredients separately for 4 hours.
- First grind the urad dal, then add ragi and rice.
- Grind it coarsely. Add salt.
- Keep aside for 5 hours.
- Now we can make ragi idlis.
- Enjoy with coriander or tomato chutney.
- Good for weight reduction and diabetes.
Ingredients:
1 cup - ragi
1/2 cup - boiled rice
1/4 cup - urad dal
