Method
  1. Pesto: Blend basil, oil, vinegar, garlic, cheese and salt in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Salad: Line a salad plate with lettuce. Spread the bean sprouts cover it. Place the sliced tomatoes over the bean sprouts. Spoon the pesto over the salad and serve.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsps. white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cups grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
several lettuce leaves
4 cups bean sprouts
2 larges tomatoes sliced round
