Method
- Heat oil/ghee, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, garlic, red chilli, cumin and curry leaves.
- Fry till the mustard splutters.
- Add chopped onion and turmeric powder and fry till they become soft.
- Add boiled drumsticks and tamarind water, salt, rasam powder and jaggery and let it boil for 2 min.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and remove from fire.
- Serve with hot plain rice along with papads.

Ingredients:
100g - boiled drumstick pieces with salt (2 sticks approx)
1&1/2 tsp - oil/ghee
500ml - tamarind water (made with 2 tsp tamarind paste)
1 - small onion, chopped fine
1 tsp - any rasam powder
2 - red chilli, (broken into bits)
1 to 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed garlic
1 sprig - curry leaves
1 tsp - chopped coriander
1/4 tsp - mustard seeds
Cumin, a pinch
Asafoetida - a pinch
Turmeric powder, a pinch
1 tsp - jaggery, powdered
