Method
  1. Take curd in the bowl.
  2. Add the boiled fresh green gram and chopped carrot.
  3. Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
  4. Raita is ready.
Ingredients:
250g - curd
50g - fresh boiled green gram
25g - chopped carrot
Salt as per taste
1 tsp - chaat masala
1/4 tsp - red chilli powder (optional)
