Method
  1. Mix the parsley and lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and basil leaves.
  3. Add tomato, cucumber and orange segments.
  4. Toss well and serve.

Ingredients:
4 large oranges, segmented
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tomato, cut into wedges
2 cucumbers, cut into bite-size pieces
4-5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 cup shredded lettuce leaves
120 ml. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
