Method
- Boil water along with peas in a kadai or pan.
- Remove from flame and transfer to a bowl.
- Add pepper powder, a half a spoon of vinegar and salt to taste.
- Finally squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
- Delicious hot, peas clear soup is yours to sip on a cold evening
Note: You may also add other vegetables like carrots, cabbage, cauliflower or beans as you prefer.
