Potato and Coriander Raita
Method-
Mash the boiled potato.
- Chop the coriander leaves finely.
- Add the potato, coriander, salt and curd and mix well.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Add the mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
- Add the split urad dhal, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Pour this into the curd.
Ingredients:
2 - boiled potatoes
1 cup - curd
6 - curry leaves
1 tsp - mustard seeds
1 tsp - split urad dal
1 tbsp - coriander leaves
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
