Method
  1. Cook carrots in milk
  2. When milk is almost evaporated, let it cool.
  3. Heat butter, add cumin seeds
  4. When they splutter, add chilly.
  5. Add to the carrots.
  6. Also add salt to taste and mix.

1 tsp - butter
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1 - chilly, finely chopped
