Method
  1. Churn the curd.
  2. Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  3. Put the makhana in the churned curd.
  4. Serve only after mixing the makhana and keeping them at least for an hour in the curd.
Ingredients:
1 cup - makhana(lotus flower)
2 cups - curd

For Masala:
1 tsp - chilly, finely chopped
1 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
cup - chopped coriander
salt to taste
