Urad Dal Raita

Method

  1. Dry roast the urad dal till slightly browned

  2. Powder the roasted urad dal in a mixie

  3. Take oil in a small kadai and season with mustard, jeera, hing, green chillies and ginger

  4. Add the seasoning to the curd

  5. Also add the urad dal powder to the curd

  6. Add salt to taste and mix well

  7. Garnish with corriander leaves

Ingredients:
Urad Dal-1 1/2 tsp
Beaten thick Curd -1 big cup
Green Chillies chopped fine -2 or 3
Ginger chopped fine - 1 tsp
Hing-1 tsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste
Oil-1 1/2 tsp
