Method

  1. < p align = justify>Whip the curd. Add salt, pepper, green chilllies, pinch of sugar.
  2. < p align = justify>Add Mayonnaise (optional)
  3. < p align = justify>Add all other ingredients, garnish with coriander.
  4. < p align = justify>Put it in the Fridge to cool.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Curd (not sour)
I cup boiled Rajma
1 tbs Sprouted Moong (not very soft...put them in boiling water for about 5 mins)
1 each Cucumber, Carrot, Tomato cut into small cubes
1/2 cup Green Onions
2-4 Green Chillies finely cut
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (optional)
