Grate carrots and cabbage
Put the tadka and add Grated carrots and cabbage and fry them for 30 seconds till the raw smell goes away.
Mix them well with chopped green chilli, lime juice and salt to make a salad.
Garnish with Coriander leaves
Serve them with Parathas, Poories or Rice.
For Tadka
Olive Oil (very little)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
