Methi Pachadi Or Methi Salad

Method
  1. Wash and cut the methi leaves into small pieces. Add finely sliced pieces of tomato to it.
  2. Sprinkle salt, little sugar , red chilli powder and lime juice per your taste.
  3. For tempering or Baghaar, take 2 teaspoons of oil. When hot, add a pinch of hing, 1/4th teaspoon haldi, one green chilli slit, 1/2 teaspoon zeera and 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds.
  4. Also add the Groundnut powder to the baghaar. Pour the baghaar on the methi mix and mix it well.
  5. You have the tastiest methi salad ready.
  6. Its easy and tasty too.
Ingredients:
small bunch methi leaves
one small tomato
juice of one lime or lemon
two table spoons of groundnut or peanut powder
half spoon of red chilli powder
