Method
- Boil tomatoes in pressure cooker.
- After cooking for a while make fine puree.
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add finely chopped garlic and onion paste.
- Later add corn flour to it.
- Stir for 2 to 3 min.
- Add milk and stir well and allow it to cook for 5 min.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add tomato puree in the pan and allow it to boil.
- Add water if required for liquid consistency.
- Later add basil leaves before serving.
- Serve hot.

4 to 5 - tomatoes
1/2 cup - milk
1 - medium onion
2 to 3 - garlic pods
1 tbsp - butter
1 tbsp - corn powder
pepper
salt
basil or coriander
