Method
- Add roughly chopped mushrooms, tomato, turnip, ginger and garlic along with water in the pressure cooker.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a low medium flame.
- Strain the contents of the cooked vegetables in a pan and bring to boil.
- You can also add a few pieces of the cooked mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

2 - tomatoes
1 - turnip
2 tbsp - rice
3 to 4 cups - water
ginger
garlic
salt and pepper to taste
