Method
  1. Add roughly chopped mushrooms, tomato, turnip, ginger and garlic along with water in the pressure cooker.
  2. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a low medium flame.
  3. Strain the contents of the cooked vegetables in a pan and bring to boil.
  4. You can also add a few pieces of the cooked mushrooms.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
2 to 3 cups - mushroom
2 - tomatoes
1 - turnip
2 tbsp - rice
3 to 4 cups - water
ginger
garlic
salt and pepper to taste
