Method
- Knead the wheat flour adding a pinch of salt and 1tsp. oil into dough and make small balls.
- Blanch the spinach and methi leaves for 5 min.
- Remove from water and make thick paste of spinach and methi leaves.
- Add this paste to boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Add salt, coriander leaves, sugar and chaat masala.
- Roll out 1 ball of wheat flour into small puri.
- Stuff with potato spinach filling and wrap it into a round shaped ball and roll out into paratha.
- Cook from both the sides applying oil
- Enjoy with pickle

100 gms. spinach
100 gms. methileaves
250 gms potato
Salt as per taste
1 tsp.chaat masala
A pinch of sugar
1 cup coriander leaves
Oil for cooking
