Method
  1. In a bowl mix wheat, besan, jowar, jeera seeds, pieces of crushed garlic, turmeric, chilli pwd/paste, salt, grated karela with a tsp of oil and water to make dough.
  2. Keep covered for 15 min.
  3. Roll out like parota and cook on a tawa with oil.
  4. Serve hot with pickle or raita.
Ingredients:
1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - besan
1/2 cup - jowar flour
2 karela, grated after deeseding
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - jeera/ajwain
3-5 pods - garlic
1 tsp - red chilli powder/green chilli paste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, a few sprigs
Oil for roasting
