1 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - besan
1/2 cup - jowar flour
2 karela, grated after deeseding
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1 tsp - jeera/ajwain
3-5 pods - garlic
1 tsp - red chilli powder/green chilli paste
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves, a few sprigs
Oil for roasting
