Method
  1. Sift flour with salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Add the oil, kasoori methi and the yeast, mix well.
  3. Warm the curd and milk together and add the sugar to this.
  4. Pour this liquid on the flour mixture and prepare dough.
  5. Knead well for a few minutes.
  6. Keep covered in a warm place till the dough is double in volume.
  7. Mix the ingredients for the topping. Knead again.
  8. Take small portions and roll out in shape of naans.
  9. Spread a little of the topping mixture on each naan, bake in a preheated hot oven till crisp and golden.
  10. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
Refined flour - 500 gms
Curd - 10 tbsp
Milk - 10 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Instant yeast - 2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2 cup

For the topping:

Khuskhus - 1 tbsp
Kalonji - 1 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
