Method
  1. Grind palak, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix this with jeera, wheat flour and besan and knead into a dough.
  3. Make small rotis applying ghee on both the sides.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups - wheat flour
1/2 cup - gram flour/besan
1 cup - palak, half cooked
1 tsp - cumin/jeera
1/2 inch - ginger
4-5 - garlic cloves
2 tbsp - coriander leaves
Salt to taste
