Method
  1. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Make small balls; roll out each ball into a thick paratha.
  3. Cook on the tawa on both sides and keep aside.
  4. Than take paratha apply Kissan creamy spread (cheesy garlic) on top.
  5. Spread cut veg and spring cheese on top and bake in oven till cheese garlic is golden.
Ingredients:
1 cup Gobi (cauliflower) 80 gm
1 cup flour 60 gm
½ teaspoon green chillies (chopped) 2 gm
1 tablespoon green coriander (finely chopped) 10 gm
½ teaspoon red chilli powder 1 gm
½ teaspoon amchoor powder 2 gm
½ teaspoon Ajwain 1 gm
½ teaspoon chat masala 2 gm
salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil for frying 20 gm


For toping
½ capsicum slice 40 gm
1 small onion slice 50 gm
1 tabs grated cheese 14 gm
1 tabs Kissan creamy spread cheesy garlic 20 gm
