Method
Sift together the chapatti atta and salt in a bowl, rub in 4 tbsp. ghee evenly, add water and knead to a stiff dough.
Add the green chillies and mint paste and knead again.
Set aside for 25 mins.
Divide the dough into 20 balls.
Flatten and roll into round chapattis.
Cook each one with a little ghee.
When done, sprinkle some powdered mint over each pudeena roti and serve hot.

4 cups chapatti atta
2 level tsp. salt or to taste
4 tbsp. ghee
1&1/2 cups mint leaves, ground to a paste
1 tsp. chopped green chillies (optional)
ΒΌ cup powdered mint
Water for kneading
Ghee for frying
