Method
- Grind pudina, cumin and green chillies into a paste without adding water.
- Add lemon juice to this.
- Add this paste and salt to wheat flour and knead into a dough.
- Make parathas with ghee.
- Serve it with curd or raita

1 cup pudina/mint leaves
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp cumin
2 green chillies
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
