Ragi pindi dosa (Dosa with nachini flour)

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil). Add water to prepare dosa consistancy batter and keep for 5 mins.
  2. Prepare dosa by pouring a laddleful on a nonstick dosa pan, spread it and sprinkle few drops of oil on dosa. This dosa will be a bit thick and takes a little more time to cook.Turn and cook other side also.
  3. Best eat them hot and serve with any chutney.
  4. Even with out any chutney it can be relished. Its the best breakfast for diabetics.

Variation:

  1. You can sprinkle onion on dosa instead of mixing with flours.
  2. You can avoid onion and add a little jaggery or sugar. Prepare dosa and its is a healthy breakfast for kids.
Ingredients:
300 gms ragi flour(nachini flour)
3 tbsp wheat flour
1 medium onion (sliced)
3 green chillies (chopped fine)
1/2 tsp dry fried jeera
1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
Salt
A pinch of baking soda
Oil to prepare dosa
1 tsp chopped curry leaves
2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
