Method
  1. Spread the dosa batter on the dosa tawa.
  2. Spread equal quantities of the vegetables on the dosa.
  3. Sprinkle the idli chilli powder on top.
  4. Serve the uthappam hot with mint chutney and sambar.
Ingredients:
3 cups - dosa batter
1/2 cup - finely chopped onion
1/2 cup - finely chopped tomato
1/2 cup - finely grated paneer
1 cup - american corn
1/2 cup - finely chopped capsicum
1 cup - idli chilli powder
