Moong Dal Dosa

Method
  1. Wash dal and rice in water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Drain the water and grind both together in a mixer.
  3. Grind the chilies and ginger.
  4. Add this to dal paste. mix well.
  5. Keep in a hot place for about 7-8 hours to allow to ferment.
  6. Mix vigorously and prepare dosas on a non-stick tawa.
  7. Serve with chutney and hot sambhar.
Ingredients:
4 cups - moong dal
4 tbsp - rice
2 inch - ginger
4 - chillies
salt to taste
oil
