Method
  1. Mix all the above ingredients (except jeera and coriander leaves) with water.
  2. The cosistency should be thin like that of dosa batter.
  3. Keep this batter for 1 hour.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan/kadai, add jeera/cumin seeds and allow to crackle
  5. Add coriander leaves and crackled cumin seeds to the batter.
  6. Make crisp dosas
Ingredients:
1 cup - semolina
1/4 cup - maida
2 to 3 - green chillies
2 cups - rice flour
coriander leaves
1 tsp - jeera/cumin seeds, for seasoning
