Sweet Pumpkin Dosa

Method
  1. Soak rice in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Drain and grind till smooth using little water( the batter will become thinner when jaggery and curds is added)
  3. Add coconut, pumpkin, jaggery, salt and curds and and grind till smooth.
  4. Add water if needed to make the consistency like usual dosa batter.
  5. Add turmeric and cardamom powder.
  6. Heat anon stick tawa.
  7. Pour a ladle of batter and spread to medium thickness.
  8. Pour some oil or ghee on top.
  9. When under side is cooked turn the dosa over, add little more oil or ghee and cook the other side.
  10. Serve with honey.
Ingredients:
raw rice - 2 cup
grated pumpkin - 1 cup
grated coconut - 1 cup
powdered jaggery - � cup
turmeric powder - � tsp
curds - � cup
cardamom powder - � tsp
oil to cook dosas
ghee or oil to cook dosa
salt to taste
