Method
- Mix Chapati Flour with Soy Powder (Use Ratio 4:1).
- Add a little Mirchi Powder /Garam Masala Powder.
- Add salt. Mix all the Ingredients with water until you get a semi thick dosa batter.
- On a non stick frying pan, spread half a teaspoon of Olive Oil.
- Spread dosa batter on pan and cook till both sides are light brown in colour.
- Serve Dosa with Coconut Chutney and Sambar

garam masala powder - 50 gms
