Method
  1. Mix Chapati Flour with Soy Powder (Use Ratio 4:1).
  2. Add a little Mirchi Powder /Garam Masala Powder.
  3. Add salt. Mix all the Ingredients with water until you get a semi thick dosa batter.
  4. On a non stick frying pan, spread half a teaspoon of Olive Oil.
  5. Spread dosa batter on pan and cook till both sides are light brown in colour.
  6. Serve Dosa with Coconut Chutney and Sambar
Ingredients:
wheat flour - 250 gms
soya powder - 100 gms
garam masala powder - 50 gms
olive oil - 50 gms
salt to taste
