Method
- In a pan, heat a little Oil.
- Add the mustard seeds.
- After they have spluttered, add hing powder, and the curries leaves and keep it aside.
- In another bowl, add the ragi Flour (can use roasted Ragi Flour too), and the maida flour.
- Add water to make it a very thin batter, as for dosa.
- Add the seasoned ingredients, salt, sugar, cut ginger pieces, coconut and cilantro.
- Take a non-stick pan, and after it's heated, add the dosa batter.
- Add oil to the edges of the dosa.
- Flip it the other side and cook it again for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with pickle, or chutney.
