Sprouts Pancake

Method
  1. Grind sprouts, palak with little water.
  2. Now take out in a bowl and mix other ingredients without oil.
  3. Heat heavy griddle or non-stick pan.
  4. Spread little oil.
  5. Pour 2 tbsp and spread like pancake.
  6. Cook both sides n serve with chutney or pickle of your choice.

Note:
Aging, though unavoidable, can be slowed down. Nutrition and exercise play a significant role in this process.

Ingredients:
2 cups - sprouts (moong, rongi, channa mix)
1 cup - palak, chopped
1 tbsp - dalia
1 tbsp - grated coconut
1 tsp - salt
oil for shallow frying
