Method
- Grind sprouts, palak with little water.
- Now take out in a bowl and mix other ingredients without oil.
- Heat heavy griddle or non-stick pan.
- Spread little oil.
- Pour 2 tbsp and spread like pancake.
- Cook both sides n serve with chutney or pickle of your choice.
Note:
Aging, though unavoidable, can be slowed down. Nutrition and exercise play a significant role in this process.
