Method
- Soak urad dhal and methi together for 3-4 hours.
- Grind it fine with water while adding the cooked rice.
- Mix it good with wheat flour adding salt.
- Fermant the batter like you always do for dosa by keeping it in a warm place.
- Make dosa the next day. It is not only low carb. But also delicious.
Variation :
You can substitute Ragi flour instead of wheat or mix both.
Also you can use 2 cups wheat and 1 cup rice flour.
