Method
  1. Soak urad dhal and methi together for 3-4 hours.
  2. Grind it fine with water while adding the cooked rice.
  3. Mix it good with wheat flour adding salt.
  4. Fermant the batter like you always do for dosa by keeping it in a warm place.
  5. Make dosa the next day. It is not only low carb. But also delicious.
Variation :
You can substitute Ragi flour instead of wheat or mix both.
Also you can use 2 cups wheat and 1 cup rice flour.
Ingredients:
1 cup - urad dhal
2 cups - wheat flour
1 tsp - methi seeds
1 tbsp - cooked rice
salt to taste
