Moongdaal Masala Dosa

Method

  1. Soak moongdal in water for 3 hrs. Grind it finely in the mixer. Consistency of the batter should be similar to the dosa batter.

  2. For masala chop all the veggies finely. Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, then add all the the veggies. Let them cook till they soften. Add salt and paneer to it and remove from flame.

  3. Prepare dosas and serve them hot with masala filled in it. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Moongdaal 1cup
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cummin seeds(jeera) 1/4 tsp
Green chillies 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Ingredients for masala:

Capsicum 1 medium size
Onion 1 medium size
Tomato 1 medium size
Paneer 1/2 cup
Green Chillies 1
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
