Method

  1. Soak both the boiled and raw rice for the time of 4 hours.

  2. Peel the skin of the pumpkin and cut the pumpkin into small pieces.

  3. Grind the pumpkin pieces initially. Then add the soaked rice along with the pumpkin pieces and mix. Add salt to taste. This dosa can be eaten on the same day itself. It will be very tasty.

Ingredients:
Boiled Rice 200 gms.
Raw Rice 200 gms.
Pumpkin two small pieces
Salt to taste.
