Method
- Mix both flour together, add salt aqnd yeast- then add warm water little by little until a soft dough is obtained.
- Divide the dough into big balls. then roll the balls on floured surface and cut the balls into diameter of 5cm and very thin abot 4mm.
- Put the naan on a cloth and cover it for 2 sec, remove the cover and let it rise.
- Cook on hot tawa on both side until the batbout is cooked and become rosy brown.
Ingredients:
250 g - wheat flour
100 g - plain flour
1/4 tsp - salt
1 tbsp - yeast
warm water (aprox 1 glass)
