Naan ( Batbouts)

Method
  1. Mix both flour together, add salt aqnd yeast- then add warm water little by little until a soft dough is obtained.
  2. Divide the dough into big balls. then roll the balls on floured surface and cut the balls into diameter of 5cm and very thin abot 4mm.
  3. Put the naan on a cloth and cover it for 2 sec, remove the cover and let it rise.
  4. Cook on hot tawa on both side until the batbout is cooked and become rosy brown.
Ingredients:
250 g - wheat flour
100 g - plain flour
1/4 tsp - salt
1 tbsp - yeast
warm water (aprox 1 glass)
