Cauliflower stuffed paratha

Method
  1. Make a stiff dough with the wheat flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. melted ghee and water. Knead well.
  2. Mix together grated cauliflower, onion, chilli powder and salt to taste.
  3. Roll out the dough into 6 mm thickness on a floured board. Cut into round 8-10 cm diameter. Roll out the left over bits and cut our more. There should be 12-14 rounds.
  4. Spread the cauliflower mixture thickly on half the number of rounds. Moisten the edges. Cover with the other half. Seal the edges. Roll out again as thinly as possible.
  5. Heat a tava. Put one paratha on it. When the underneath is dry turn over. When moisture dries up on both sides brown with 1/2-1 tsp. ghee Make the remaining ones in the same way.
  6. Note:

    It can be varied by stuffing with well seasoned mashed potato, grated radish or cooked minced meat.

3 cups wheat flour
2 cups finely grated cauliflower
1/2 onion, grated
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2-1 tsp salt
6-8 tsp ghee
4-5 tbsp water
