Instant Cranberry Parotha

Method

  1. Mix Wheat Flour + salt + butter in the food processor using the 'S' blade for 1 minute.

  2. Now add cranberries and blend. (The cranberries get chopped during mixing in the food processor)

  3. Then add water to make a smooth dough.

  4. Remove the dough from the food processor.

  5. Make round balls from the dough. Roll them flat similar to Roti.

  6. Put the flattened dough on a pre-heated pan and fry on both sides with little ghee till golden brown.

  7. Serve hot with desired Vegetable Curry and Plain Yoghurt.

If you are not using food processor knead dough with chopped cranberries.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour 2 cups
Ghee 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste
Fresh Cranberries 1/2 cup.
