Rice And Vegetable Paratha

Method
  1. Crush the chilli in a electric grinder to this add the rice and mince.
  2. Mix all othere ingredients to form a firm dough.
  3. Roll it in to rotis and cook in a heavy griddle applying oil on both sides.
Tip:
  • Ideally this is more tasty when prepared with left overs, even left over dal can strained to remove excess water and added and the quantity of flour can be increased to get the dough consistency.
  • Ingredients:
    1 tea cup cooked rice (preferably left over)
    1 tea cup wheat flour
    1 tea cup minced mixed vegetables (cabbage, peas, cauliflower, cooked potato)
    2 -3 green chillis
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    � tsp pepper
    � tsp cummin powder
    1 tbsp curd
    salt to taste
