Method
- Grind mixed vegetables with as little water as possible.
- Take flour in a bowl, add salt and oil and mix well.
- Add the grinded paste of vegetables, mix well.
- Add water as required for chapathi dough consistency.
- Roll and cook both sides.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup - wheat flour
1/2 cup - mixed vegetable
salt to taste
1 tbsp - oil
