Method
  1. Mix atta and besan.
  2. Add water to and knead the dough.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Let it rest for 1/2 hour.
  5. Flatten the dough into small discs.
  6. Deep-fry in any refined oil.
Ingredients:
2 tumblers - atta (whole wheat flour)
1/4 tumbler - besan (gram flour)
1/4 cup - coriander leaves (cilantro)
1 tsp - mirch powder (red chilli powder)
2 tsp - ajwain
salt according to taste
