Method
  1. Boil and peel the aloo and smash it well.
  2. Add all other items, if required add water and make a soft dough.
  3. Keep it a side for 1 hour.
  4. Make small balls out of it and roll it.
  5. Deep fry it till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any chutney/powder and raitha.
Ingredients:
aloo, medium size - 1
wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
jeera - 1/2 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
curd - 2 tsp
oil for deep fry
salt to taste
