Method
Boil and peel the aloo and smash it well.
Add all other items, if required add water and make a soft dough.
Keep it a side for 1 hour.
Make small balls out of it and roll it.
Deep fry it till golden brown.
Serve hot with any chutney/powder and raitha.

wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

red chilli powder - 1 tsp
curd - 2 tsp
oil for deep fry
salt to taste
