Method

  1. Mix flour and salt.

  2. Knead into a soft dough with soda water.

  3. Roll into large lemon sized balls.

  4. Roll out each ball into an oval shape using a few drops of oil on each sie to prevent from sticking.

  5. Deep fry & see it swell up into bhaturas!

Ingredients:
3 cups Flour
Plain Soda Water (approx. 350 ml)
2 teaspoons Salt
