Mix all the Ingredients with warm water (It should be softer than the chapati dough)
Grease the pan and your palm very well. Take a ball of dough and pat it into a roti on the pan.
Place the pan on the stove or heater and cook well on both sides turning the roti once.
Spread a tsp. butter on hot roti and serve it with coconut chutney or sauce.
Note:
You may use 2 pans alternatively OR cool the back of the pan by holding it under the running water to pat the second roti.
Salt as required
