Method
  1. Mix all ingredients; knead like roti dough
  2. Heat the dosa pan place the ball, press it with hands to make a thin roti
  3. Add oil, roast it till golden brown on both sides
  4. Enjoy the rice flour dosa or roti.
Ingredients:
2 cups - yogurt, slightly sour
2 cups - rice flour
1 - onions
2 - chillies
1 tbsp - jeera
salt to taste
1 tbsp - oil
coriander leaves
curry leaves
